Éléonore Frigaux is a French-trained Osteopathic Manual Practitioner specializing in chronic pain management and perinatal care, treating patients of all ages — from newborns to seniors.

Éléonore graduated from IDHEO Nantes (France), a five-year full-time clinical program. She has since pursued extensive post-graduate training in perinatal osteopathy, therapeutic baby baths, prenatal and postnatal massage, lymphatic drainage, and post-surgical rehabilitation.

Her practice is guided by three core values: compassion, attentive listening, and knowledge sharing. Compassion is at the heart of every consultation — welcoming each patient with respect and kindness, while honouring their unique history and needs. Listening, both to the body and to words, allows her to understand not only physical symptoms, but the emotional and psychological context in which they arise.
